Client-ready project room

One shared room for project details, selections, photos, and decisions.

PlanRoom gives owners and contractors a client-facing project room tied to the accepted scope or proposal, so both sides can review selections, photos, notes, milestones, documents, and anything that may need scope review.

Keep everyone aligned on what is included, what is selected, what is pending, and what may be outside the approved scope.

What's inside

Keep both sides clear on the whole project.

PlanRoom is not just for plan sets. Use it for any project β€” selections, photos, notes, milestones, decisions, and the scope context that ties everything together.

Accepted Scope Context

Connect the plan room to the accepted estimate, quote, or proposal so both sides understand what is included.

Selections and Purchased Items

Track materials, colors, fixtures, finishes, inspiration images, and purchased items in one shared project room.

Photos by Stage

Keep before, progress, and after photos connected to the right room, item, or decision.

Milestones and Decisions

Show selection deadlines, walkthrough dates, install windows, pending approvals, and key project decisions.

Scope Review Flags

Flag materials, areas, notes, or requests that may fall outside the approved scope boundaries.

Connected to Listo

Use project room details with ListoScope, ListoRehab, ListoHandy, ListoReady, ListoBOM, and future Listo3D workflows.

How it works

From accepted proposal to shared project understanding.

01

Project is accepted

A contractor is selected or an estimate/proposal is accepted through ListoScope, ListoRehab, ListoHandy, or the Listo Network.

02

PlanRoom opens through shared project access

Both sides access the client-facing project room connected to the approved scope and shared project access.

03

Details are organized

Selections, photos, notes, documents, milestones, and decisions stay connected to the project.

04

Scope boundaries are checked

Items that may not match the accepted scope are flagged for review before confusion becomes a problem.

05

Both sides stay aligned

Owners and contractors share a clearer understanding of what is included, selected, pending, and ready.

Scope review

Flag what may fall outside the approved scope.

PlanRoom helps surface items that may not fit inside the accepted estimate or proposal. Nothing is auto-approved β€” items are flagged so both sides can clarify, approve, or plan a future change.

β€œThe goal is fewer surprises, clearer approvals, and fewer avoidable change orders.”

Items typically flagged
  • Materials not connected to an approved line item
  • Areas not included in the accepted scope
  • Selection requests for rooms not in the proposal
  • Photos or notes tied to unapproved work
  • Owner preferences that may require scope review
  • Purchased items that do not match the approved estimate

Access

Included with eligible contractor plans. Otherwise $29 per project.

PlanRoom is included for active ListoRehab Pro, ListoRehab Elite, and ListoHandy Pro contractors. If a project is not connected to an eligible contractor plan, the client can unlock a limited PlanRoom with 1 project credit for $29.

Connected Contractor Plan

Included

For active ListoRehab Pro, ListoRehab Elite, and ListoHandy Pro contractors.

Includes

  • Shared project room
  • Accepted scope/proposal context
  • Selections, photos, documents, and milestones
  • Scope review flags
  • ListoBOM connection
  • ListoReady validation
  • Estimate and contract context where available
  • Connected Listo ecosystem workflows

Client Credit Access

$29 / project

For clients who want to use PlanRoom with an out-of-network contractor.

Includes

  • Shared project room
  • Selections and owner preferences
  • Photos and documents
  • Milestones and decisions
  • Basic scope review notes

Limitations

  • No ListoBOM
  • No ListoReady validation
  • No price or contract matching
  • No contractor costbook or margin data
  • Limited ecosystem automation

1 PlanRoom credit unlocks limited access for one project.

Client credit access is designed for shared project clarity. Advanced validation, material lists, pricing context, and ecosystem automations require an eligible connected Listo contractor plan.

Listo ecosystem

One connected project. The whole Listo network.

Shared project access keeps accepted scope and project details connected across the Listo tools both sides already use.

ListoScope

Walk the job and confirm scope. Accepted scope opens the room.

ListoRehab

Accepted rehab estimates flow straight into the shared room.

ListoHandy

Accepted handy proposals open a lightweight project room.

ListoReady

Review consistency, missing items, and scope boundary flags.

ListoBOM

Connect purchased materials and buying lists to the room.
